1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through astroraksa.com and our mobile applications.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Technical issues: If the app or service is non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same service
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization
4. Non-Refundable Items
- One-time consultation or reading fees once the service has been delivered
- Subscription fees after 7 days of the billing period
- In-app purchases once the content has been accessed or downloaded
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@astroraksa.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. App Store Purchases
For purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refund policies of the respective platform apply. Please contact the platform directly for refund requests on those purchases.
